THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! 1. Take care of your sizes: my clothes size is XS - I have received a huge t-shirt and a huge long sleeve shirt. Horrible! 2. My shoes size is 37 - I’ve received 2 pairs of shoes and both of them are too small. 3. A customer service is disgusting! They sent only a message with a number. And what?! How long should I wait?! I need to send all your items back and no one responses. The worst experience! I didn’t expect anything like that from Mango (((((

Terrible customer service! I placed an order online nearly 2 months ago and it hasn’t been dispatched yet! Despite numerous communications, nobody is able to tell me when it will be dispatched. When I post about this on their Facebook page, my comments are removed. No transparency of their poor service is allowed to be shared with future customers. Absolutely terrible!

Customer service is so poor, nobody reads the complaint. I have found the clothes good but the faulty jewellery was cheap. No interest given by Customer Serviice personal.

I sent a jacket back to them on accident. It was supposed to go to another store. I sent multiple emails asking if they could send it back to me in my dime. I understand if they couldn’t find it but they never responded to my emails. Terrible customer service and will never shop there again based on this experience.

The horrible shopping experience, lost my package, mango customer service and Ontrac are keeping shift responsibilities, and no one is really doing anything the solve the issue.

First time ordering from Mango.com. What a horrible experience. I don't even think there are real humans behind customer service. The contact number offered for Mango.com Kuwait customers is an international number! Robert Bentley, the only customer service agent who responds to my emails might not even be a real person. He sure doesn't act like one. Because he couldn't do the simplest of tasks which is to read a customer request and execute it. Shameful. Placed an order only because it said the order would arrive within two days. But when I received the confirmation email, it stated that delivery might take 15 days because of Covid-19. So I canceled the order right away via email because I wasn't able to find an option to cancel my order on the website. I did send a request to cancel message via the website though. My request wasn't acknowledged. Possibly because no one reads these emails or messages. Now I have to wait for my order to arrive to then cancel it and be further inconvenienced by waiting up to 14 days, maybe, for my refund. Never again.

Do u think you are doing a great job? NO!!!!! Even an old lady wouldn't wear this! I'm 18 so I have style ! Now the only stores I will trust are Mohito, Bon Prix, Women's Secret, Spingfield,and that's it !! But what really went wrong was u stole my money and lied it was a twenty! It was an 1 hundred! I even had to talk to the manager and had the biggest fiasco ever! Don't ever trust this store, they even wanted to make me pay more than I had to and yep I counted! Sorry Mango, but improve alot NOW!!!!!!!!!!

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!please do not order from this place, this company is completely incompetent. Ordered a couple of items from this website and 2 weeks later, instead of getting a message regarding my order being shipped, I get a message saying one of the item "became unavailable". I double checked on their website and the item was available (in my size as well) but the only difference is.. it is listed for the full price. A few days later, I get another notification that another item was unavailable. I reached out to the company and they didn't even bother providing a proper response/explanation but a gave me a bunch of "templated response". Complete waste of my time shopping with this company and half the things I ordered was somehow "unavailable". This is not how you run a business. Horrible experience, shady company, incompetent CS. It just baffles me why they would list items they can't honor the price on.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered €300 in clothing that I never got. The online shopping platform is unstable and although money was deducted from my credit card the goods remained in my shopping basket. After endless emails and telephone calls, one month later, there is no refund, the "order" was never shipped and I fear that the money is lost forever. In short: FRAUD and STAY AWAY.

I have to say this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Three days ago I tried to spend $700 at their online store after seeing a Facebook advertisement for a 30% off. After countless messages over days with each reply message responses over 12 -24 hours. I was given useless information and the code for the sale still not working. What a shame they didn't want my $$ or my future clients especially since I am Stylist and would have liked to have recommend them!

Tried to cancel my order and they refused 2 minutes after I ordered. Horrid customer service. Afraid I won’t get a refund now by the many bad reviews of this company.

I visited Cambridge branch today to collected my online order , all team super nice and helpful, unfortunately I cant say exactly the same about the manager or supervisor( lady with the round glasses) who was on duty today ITS WAS JUST SHOCKING HOW SHE WAS TALKING TO HER TEAM - HOPEFULLY SOMETHING WILL BE DONE REGARDING THAT ISSUE AS IM ASSUMNING ITS HORIBLE PLACE TO WORK THERE .

The worst service customer. I order 250 USD in clothes, I call to customer services, explain I never got the products, they said is the lasership (shipping company) company, contact also. I am still trying to get my refund.

I ordered mangoes through www.mangocanada.com after telephonic conversation, I paid 98.35CAD to deliver as a gift , the box had 9 mangoes, out of which 8 were rotten and the box was wet with the pulp. Nobody should buy from them. Very bad experience.

Awful time trying to get a refund from this company. I contacted the company early regarding a change of address and was assured that the package in route would be returned to the warehouse. The package was not returned as promised -- it was delivered and Mango then refused to refund me for my order.

Shocking customer service. I returned items (fortunately by next day guaranteed but not cheap!!) but was not refunded my money. When I contacted them 6 weeks later they said they hadn't received my returns and I should contact Royal Mail. Royal Mail were able to give me an exact time the parcel had been delivered and I then had to email this info plus a photo of my proof of posting to Mango. My money was then refunded. I tried to take the name of the woman I spoke to on the phone but she refused to tell me. I had to try many times to get through on the phone... a series of messages and then the line cutting out. I did get my money back but it was very time consuming. Would absolutely not recommend.
