“I am a regular shopper at Mixology and normally my shopping experience is excellent. However this last shopping spree was a complete let down. I placed an order and received a confirmation email for that order. 3 weeks went by and I hadn’t received any updates or any items that were purchased. I reached out and sent an email inquiry at which time I learned that most of the sale items I had ordered were no longer available. Shortly thereafter (the usual 2 day delivery time) I received the remainder of the items I had ordered. I was very disappointed. I should have received an email update or notification to my order when I placed my order. It should not have taken 3 weeks and I should not have been the one to reach out first.”

“I’m very upset with my order. I originally wanted a dress and only purchased a bracelet to get free shipping. After two weeks o had received no confirmation of shipping and had to contact mixology. By then the dress was out of stock. They sent me the bracelet in gold instead of silver. At this point I was so annoyed I didn’t even want to return the bracelet because I knew that would go wrong too.”
