I have recieved the wrong item and the quality of the second item is poor quality. I am very disappointed and shall be returning both items for a request of the right item and a refund for the other item.

Overall the process was quick and reliable from order to delivery, however the inflexibility in changing item (s) or replacing an item within the order is not a good service and non existent. Totally inflexible and not even trying you help when they are faced with a a problem, therefore I would not order with this shop again

Hi, Thank you for leaving a review, I am afraid at the moment wen an order is placed we cant change it however we are investigating a potential new system that would allow that. We have made all our returns free of charge so that if any customer wants to return or exchange it won't cost anything in the interim. We feel this is as much as we can do until we have a new system in place. We are sorry you feel this way and would hope you reconsider in future. Thanks Scout Store

I placed my order in late February with the promise that it would arrive in April. The orders of the rest of my Unit arrived but i never received mine. I had to send an email inquiring about when my product would arrive and when it was eventually delivered, there were two items missing. I contacted the scout store and they assured me that they would arrive soon and while one has been delivered, the other is yet to arrive. Furthermore, when i emailed to ask about where my missing product was, my email was met with no response. Never again will I use the scout store.

Hi, Thank you leaving this feedback and apologies on the late delivery we did email all customers affected on the optional kit. we also had some items delivered later but we felt it right to get out what we had and rest assured they items will follow. I have escalated this to the Customer Contact Manager who will be in touch as we should have responded to your email as each one is tracked in the system. Would not go near this store if you payed me the arrive is shocking the delivery is a joke 2 badges took 13days from purchase. Badge for uniform for Buckingham palace visit never got to me anywhere near on time .do yourself.a favour and go to your local shop

the so-called pre order for WSJ24 has been extremely poor. The order should have been available 6 months earlier, then the correct amount of each item made. There is no excuse for pre-ordered items being unavailable. Also, an email of the dispatch sent the day before arrival was different to items sent. An incredibly poor service leaving hundreds of scouts and guides disappointed. I think the quality of some items is also poor, particularly the thin almost see-through material of Leaders shirts. More focus on quality, value and ethical sourcing over profit needed. Scouting should lead the way and not make profit on items of uniform

Hi, Firstly apologies that we have disappointed you with your WSJ19 order, we couldn't offer the items any sooner than we could as the products go through UK contingent team for the kit approval and we can't design any optional kit until the volunteer team have approved the kit design. We did have issues on our site with pre-order goods overselling and selling out and at the time contacted any customers affected. Some of the goods proved to be very popular and getting more manufactured was impossible in the tight time frames. We are very sorry this happened and we will improve on this for the next Jamboree. If you have any issues with your order please contact our customer services team they will be happy to help. We are also attending the adult weekend event in Gilwell this weekend to help with any exchanges and listen face to face with our customers. Our products are all sourced ethically and we visit our manufacturers and hold them to the highest standards , our shirts are usually very well made and on the heavy side from a material perspective. However we always take feedback on board and we will review the shirt in question. All of the profits generated go back into the Scouts and on top of that we sell goods to Districts generating circa £1m annually for local groups to help deliver scouting all over the UK. We are very proud of our contribution and our close relationships with District Scout Shops. I hope this helps explain some of the issues you have raised and again apologies you didn't have the experience we would have hoped for. Thanks Scout Store

Sizing is shocking. Please give all your suppliers the same set of information to work from so there is consistency across all garments. Nothing fits!

What a complete shambles. Completely the wrong item received, couldn’t get through on the phone so had to go to the online chat then was told to email. Long story short a week after delivery I still don’t have the items I’ve paid for but Scout Store won’t credit me while I’m waiting for the them to sort this out.

Shambolic outfit, placed order, still not all with me after almost 7 weeks wait. No indication at time of ordering that items were out of stock. I had to chase the store repeatedly to find out where my order was, they did not contact me proactively. Avoid using this place!

No choice of vendors for jamboree kit and the quality is very poor. Paying £19.50 for shorts that have no shape and no pockets is really disappointing.

I purchased an XXS uniform scout shirt for an average sized 10 1/2 year old. I understand this is the smallest size available. It is Huge!! Probably fit a 14yr old but not suitable for a 10yr old. Why are shirts in a suitable size not available for children who are starting scouts? If they are available in smaller sizes, please tell me where I can get one.

Poor sizes available for the larger man. You can purchase 60" waist however the largest shirt is 20.5" not really in proportion! Plus feel excluded from buying casual clothing because of sizes. Shame they are not thinking about bigger people.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, we regularly review the sizing of our clothing and we commit to offering the uniform in larger sizes and we even have a custom service to make sure we can get uniform for any size person. The casual clothing products we offer are only available to manufacture up to certain sizes at the moment but we are investigating how we can increase the sizing where possible. the service was good but the sizing is off i measured the size of the item using the measurements given so i could order the right size but the item does not fit properly

This is the second time I have ordered the item from yourselves as first time it was wrong and yet again the item is not correct. Order and delivery note say correct item but product was beavers books this time not scouts. Really can't understand why I'm not receiving the right item. Only good thing is at least they are free so I'm not having the hassle of sending it all back everytime.

I was very disappointed with your delivery options. I paid for next day delivery but got my purchase 4 days later. It was pointed out to me that because i had placed my order on a Thursday evening that next day delivery didn't apply and was on the site. I do think that it should be flagged up when you place an order and choose next day delivery if no delivery is available and give you the choice of opting for standard delivery.

Paid for next day order. Not delivered next day. No notification of this... and then only half the order deliveries. Again no notification of this. When outstanding items were chased merely told sometime in April... no offer of refund. Shocking service.
