“Polo top feels of good quality, unfortunately very quickly the sleeve is becoming detached from the top in the armpit area but easily fixed. Hooded jumper also feels of good quality, very warm and soft. The delivery company for this was a nightmare. Ended up leaving my delivery in a bush outside another house some way away. Item was recorded as signed for by me but obviously was not and communication with them was very difficult and frustrating”

“Free postage was good for a small order value item. Would be great to have the ability to be invoiced for goods purchased on behalf of my group though so that I didn't have to use my personal bank card”

“Cub sweatshirt of obvious quality (this is the second that I have purchased). Lovely thick fabric. However, I do wish that they would make the clothing narrower, or would offer a choice. I would not say that my sons are skinny; they are fairly average within their peer group, but the sweatshirts down them both width-wise, particularly for the skinnier younger child! Prompt delivery.”

“The items we order always arrive quickly and have been of good quality. Taking away option to order over the phone however reduces effective communication before ordering.”

“The quality of the goods is exceptionally good. It needs to be in order to survive scout activities. Only thing I found difficult was deciding the size. The measurements are confusing, and the only way I could decide what to order was to measure a shirt (non Scout) that fitted and translate the measurements to the scout shirt measurements. Stock control seems to be an issue at times. I would like also to bur a short sleeve "Explorers" shirt but there are no middle of the range sizes available at present. OK it is past summer but surely the central supply of scout uniforms should be able to keep stock of all sizes.”

“I would have like a tracking number or estimated delivery once it shipped. Not even sure how it shipped or when to expect it.”

“As an overseas customer (New Jersey, USA) the shipping charges were very reasonable, but I would gladly pay for something with tracking. Also having an ETA on my package would be nice.”

“I got my order fine. But the scout logo was missing from my bag pack, so it kinda defeated the purpose of buying from the scout store.”

“Ordered 40 year service award x 2. Initial response was that it was on its way but nothing received. Some 2 weeks later received an email to confirm my details and when the award was presented. Not a problem. I believe that Compass is the main issue. I chased, through Gilwell, this award and I understand this type of award the record take a while to catch up. Eventually dated 1 January 2019. Good that due caution is taken to gains extra badges.”

“Disappointed that you don't seem to stock all badges. Some of the ones I needed are long standing staged badges which means I still have to go to my local Scout shop when they reopen after Summer hols, which defeats the object of ordering on line. However, your service was good and prompt with what I ordered.”

“ADULT SHORTS having had a pair of the old blue shorts (with stud fixings to the pockets) for some time i needed a new pair. the current ones are similar but the quality of manufacture is not as good. the Zip pockets are better and the cut of the side pockets seems better as the old pockets had a tendency to allow items to fall out when sitting. the single waistband button is not as good as the button and clip design used previously.”

“Very good quality trousers although they came out long in the leg for my average-height daughter; maybe look at doing different leg lengths in the future? Delivery time was excellent and no problems with ordering or payment. Price for the trousers was good; I needed them quickly so paid for the express delivery which obviously pushed the price up. Overall - a good product at a reasonable price; efficient ordering and delivery.”

“Preferred the old shop format. Standard post & packing charge of £4.99 is unfair as some items the cost of a jiffy bag & a stamp would be less than £1.50 so people buying smaller items are being overcharged this cost & I guess they subsidises what would be a higher cost to those purchasing bigger items.”
