Ordered item un early June it arrived in mid August. There was no notification that items were on back order. No explanation of the delay in delivery, order did arrive but was incomplete, no notification of whether outstanding item is on back order either. Very unimpressed with this standard of service.

Dear Friends, because till to day I have not yet received the parcel, I don't know what kind of rate give you. I hope to receive it as soon as possible and after I will give you my rate. (I sent my order more than 10 days ago).

There are other sites supplying uniform and badges including ones run by district scout shops if you want to give them a try? Thanks Scout Store

I would not mind if i was dealing with volunteers but as paid employees i expect to get what i order this is not the first time it has not happened but when you delay top awards due to lack of stock then twice send the wrong badge words fail me how would you if your hard work was not acknowledge you would not be happy

Dear Mathew, Thank you for taking the time to feedback, rest assured we do follow up all these reviews and try our best to deliver a good service to all of our customers. Usually our availability is really good but sometimes things happen outwith our control with suppliers, we will of course make sure we tell our team to be extra careful when picking badge orders. Last year we shipped over 2 million badges and generally the errors are really minimal but when we make a mistake we always do our best to fix it. Again please accept our apologies. The clothing sizes are very different in sizes mediums are very large!

I ordered badges a few days before presentation event, unfortunately some of the badges I received were not the ones I ordered. I had to reorder on a next day delivery at additional cost but was assured I would get a refund on postage costs, but yet again 1 of the badges I received was not what was ordered. Better checks need to be done against orders before sending out.

I bought a scout shirt on the Tuesday for next day delivery. It did not arrive until the Friday, my son was getting more and more distressed as he was to be invested on the Friday. It arrived just in time but not as promised. Disappointed. Should have bought it on Amazon Prime.

The service from Scout Store was fine - my wooden tent pegs arrived without fuss on the day expected. The quality of the pegs was not good. The head on the pegs had not been cut back beyond the depth of the notch, so two or three sounds thumps with a mallet would have sheared the head and ruined the peg. It took a couple of hours graft to rectify the issue. I saw the problem as soon as I looked at the pegs, less experienced campers will suffer the consequences of poor manufacture. These pegs should be sold as "Require Finishing", with instructions. I expect better from an organisation operating under the Scout banner.

How can you give an online offering a decent review when orders are shipped incomplete, products become unavailable and spurious messages appear months later. In the orders I have placed thee always seems to be a problem. Sorry but it's true.......

The online store is straight forward and easy to use. I would have rated it as Good however having selected next day delivery and it not arriving I checked my e-mails to discover it had been placed on hold with no explanation. Later that day I got a message say it was back in process. I then received the badges 3 days later but have still be charged Next day delivery. The really annoying thing is a couple of days after getting them I get an e-mail to say all badge orders are now £1.50 for delivery.

I ordered a size 30 pair of shorts for my daughter and you sent a size 28 in a size 30 package! Luckily they just about fit as I had to order to replace jamboree shorts.

I haven't received my goods yet. I find it frustrating that I cant talk to anyone about this problem either at Scout Store or your delivery agents DHL. I am emailing someone in the customer services dept at the moment but the response is slow. I may have to travel now to Glasgow to buy another belt as this is needed for Friday for the World Scout Jamobouree.

Hi Elaine, You should always be able to reach us during 9-5 either on live chat or email and if you use live chat it will be really quick. You can find live chat on any web page on the site (it pops up when you land on homepage). Hi Paul, We do try and provide size guides on every product but it is very difficult as humans are all different shapes and sizes and that is same for all clothing retailers. We apologise this hasn't been a good experience if you get a size form us that fits try and keep reordering the same and if you ever need to change our free returns service is always on hand to help! The shirt is massive and would fit a small adult. I ordered the Xs and it’s three times too big for him, he’s nearly 11.

Although the order arrived promptly, one of the items was not the size stated on the packaging. The items have to be returned for refund. I also found the cost to be much higher than a local uniform stockist.

No problem with scout store, but their delivery company failed to deliver 3 times and I had to subsequently re route the delivery. Didn't get the shirt in time for planned investment.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery on a Thursday (working hours) the stuff was delivered on a Monday. It was delivered to a neighbour despite people being in.

Hi, We are sorry this shouldn't happen, if the order was placed before 1pm (this is on the next day delivery option) you should have received the next day if you did this and it didn't please contact customer services for a refund. We will speak to our couriers as the service we pay for should be to your door and signed for to make sure you get your order. Any other method is not part of our service and in this instance a driver has decided on their own to make this call. Thanks Scout Store

Would have been better to send small products by Royal Mail 1st class as it would not only arrive at the same time but would be much cheaper. DHL is really not necessary.
