they are huge SIZES and i have to send them back: I haven't done it yet and I hope they are going to be easy to return, will let you know, I used the age guide. my children are tap, but slim and they were drowned.

Fast delivery. Badges not in stock just don't show up (surely all badges should be listed and just say out of stock). Web chat box pops up seemingly at random. Service is good. Website need some work...

I was very disappointed to find the same items cheaper on the Cubs website (which also had better information on the over-sizing of the garments) and to have paid more by following the link to your website as provided by ourCub leader.

It is hard to locate items, there is no particular order of items and names of items is not always known. Item delivered very quickly

I accidentally put the wrong size for uniform and when I realized a hour later I tried to change the order and wasn't able to. I payed for next day delivery and that did come but then I have had to return items and think I should have them returned next day as well as I payed for the service.

I have returned the top - it is too small so I have returned it to be swapped for a larger size. I hope the swap will be smooth

Service from scouts shops themselves was good however not impressed with the delivery service used (DHL), was told a package was on way then nothing to say package had been delivered when i returned home the package was delivered to my garden as no one was in and had been left in plain site of the road!!

Website was simple and easy to use and price was good. However delivery wasn’t great. I only ordered a few badges and a keyring but it came signed for delivery by DHL which was very inconvenient. Why not use Royal Mail signed for as its much easier to get to a Royal Mail depot, rearrange delivery, or get it delivered to a local collect point than with DHL. In the end ironically DHL just stuck the package through my letterbox so it could’ve just been sent in the normal post second class, which would probably make it cheaper.

Hi Micheal, Sorry that you found our delivery wasn't great, we do all of our deliveries through DHL to keep the prices as low as possible for our customers (you get a better rate for putting it all through one carrier). Cufflinks look good....but Postage was a rip off - I paid NZ$62.06 for the postage and the small package cost the supplier NZ$16.22 equiv to send! Maybe there needs to be a lesser rate for small goods. I will be hesitant to order more with such high postage rates.

Hi Eileen, Unfortunately we have to set a standard price for international shipping, we do have an option for badge only but in this instance it wouldn't have worked. In future you can contact customer services and explain it is a small order and I am sure they will be able to help. Thanks Scout Store

I chose 21 badges to be sent and a scarf and both those orders came differently. Other than that, everything was good and speedy!

I struggled to find what I was searching for on the actual shop website, in the end I had to go to the scout website and follow a link. Other than that, my order was processed quickly with good communication and prompt delivery.

Ok so i was very happy with the service and the delivery speed but unfortunately the uniform short that i purchased had extremely poor quality stitching under one arm so i will have to return the item lets just hope your aftersales is as good as your delivery service

Hi : I've received the order on Jul 15 but found some of the items were in poor condition or fault. I return those items by Royal Post on Jul 16 and request to re-deliver to me on Jul 19 but until Jul 21 still not yet receive the parcel and I leave London & bacK to HK at same day. I've sent email request deliver to replacement to my HK address, please assist to follow.

Some great products on there. Good clear website. Does seem odd how profits go back into scouting when the store has grown so much I think a lot of it is circulated into new things to sell to members. Which isn't nessesarily bad. Only slight problem is that everything is not particularly great value including paying quite a bit for delivery. And the discount codes are onlymfor certain things which is annoying as scouters pay so much money to hq and then pay full whack on items from here. Overall a good service to have but just feels slightly tainted by how scouters are customers to make money from rather than valued members

Hi, Thanks for leaving feedback I will try to answer as best as I can. Our main objective is to grow the contribution back into the Scouts each year and last year we returned one of our biggest ever amounts to help provide Skills For Life. We don't circulate profit into new things to sell we are a wholly owned subsidiary and manage our own cash which pays for stock held in the business. We do our best to keep prices as low as we can and our delivery charges is around the same as most retailers in the UK, we also have just reduced badge delivery to £1.50 which is really good value. We don't view our customers the same way, we see ourselves as providing a service and also offering our customers products they love to buy further enhancing their experience of scouting. We also help make sure parents are able to get the uniform they need for their kids as easily as possible so that joining is made as simple as possible when it comes to uniform requirements. I was disappointed in the length of time from placing the order and paying to when it was actually despatched It meant that the Thanks Badges required for our AGM did not arrive in time.

Really big, traditional and warm looking but smells unpleasant, it's heavy and scratchy to the touch. Unfortunately wasn't time to send back and go for one of the fleece ones as he needed it for the camp the following day!
