Hi Thomas, Thanks for the review we are making some changes (which are live right now!), so that all badge orders will now be £1.50 for shipping and we always keep reviewing the prices. At the same time shipping companies increase the cost on average 8% a year and we haven't increased our shipping prices for the last 3 years. Thanks Scout Store

I was searching for an item that was out of stock but instead of being told it was out of stock it was removed from the website. That meant I thought I had not searched correctly and had to phone up. Both your time and my time would have been saved if I had found the item and seen that it was out of stock or under review (or even might not be re-published.

I could give a five star for the online process however I had no access to the Internet and needed some items for a scout attending at event sharpish. I phoned up to do a telephone order to be told that scout shops don't do orders over the phone anymore. There surely should be provision for this ? Yours Steve Ralph

Confusing when as soon as you have placed your order it is put on hold. Invoices are not sent making it difficult to claim back costs - the Scout Store simply says to print out the order form, but this is not acceptable to some treasurers

After purchasing realised the same product is available at multiple other online retailers for a significantly cheaper price. Had purchased from this site as the link was provided by my daughters scouts group. Wish I had looked around before placing the order.

Everything was fine apart from torch, which came in bits. Thankfully partner managed to put it together but we're afraid it might be less sturdy than if it came intact.

Difficult to find the resources easily and there is no notification of resources that are no longer available they are not able to be found.

Hi, Sorry about this we are re-branding a lot of resources and there are also others that go under review but I agree we need to do a better job communicating this. Unfortunately I received somebody else's order. This took a while to resolve as they would not send my correct order until they had received my returned parcel. From the date of my order this took 3 weeks for me to receive my order which was then a part order - 2 parcels later and there is still one patch outstanding which hopefully will arrive soon...!

I bought 2 pride badges for my Twins, I ordered them on a Sunday as they were parading the following Saturday in a gay pride representing the Lancashire scouts I paid nearly £4 for postage they only just arrived in time on the Friday, I think the postage is expensive But then to find they are not allowed on the uniform only the scout blanket, what good is that, is a great way of keeping the badges safe but no one gets to see the ones I bought, they are good quality such a shame in this day and age

Hi, Our delivery terms are 3-5 working days for standard delivery and Friday would have been the last day they could be delivered as per our T&C's (we do however always try our best to get them out sooner!). Our badge postage is currently under review and we are hoping to introduce badge only reduced price soon! For the badge placement I am afraid we can only advise that a blanket badge goes on a blanket. You can ask your local leadership to propose the badge may become a uniform badge maybe to be worn on the month Pride takes place. Thanks Scout Store

It was impossible to judge what size top I was getting as women's clothes are not measured by width when laid flat. Considering I have to have uniform and the price of it I wouldn't have thought actual sizes and even a women's version rather than unisex was too much to ask for. So yes I got what I ordered and I got it quickly but I paid the earth and as I couldn't risk too small it is of course too big, but hey room to breath.

Lovely quality uniform although sizing was inaccurate. Ordered a 32inch tshirt and jumper, jumper was marked 32 inch but measured 36inch and tshirt measured 34inch. Both have been sent back .

For the most part I purchase Publications, the website to this Section is disorganized. It is necessary to go through the complete list to check there is nothing missing. It may also be better to list items that are out of stock, rather than de-listing them. An example was Badges & Awards Cubs that did not appear on the list when I placed my last order,

It was hard to find the Orange, Yellow etc cards as hey were all over the place. I think you should arrange the page with them on plus the other goods in alphabetical order.
