If badges are out of stock should say at point of ordering not after payment, surely badges should never run out of stock!

Quick delivery, with some items follow after main items received. Unfortunately several items were out of stock and unable to order. So now need to place a second order when these items are available which is rather frustrating.

Reasonable quality items. Quick delivery on some parts of the order, slow delivery on other parts. Poor communication on delivery - it just turned up one day.

Not enough Scout related products & too much plastic non-essential stuff these days. Please support Royal Mail rather than German or American couriers who don't employ staff & pay min. wage.

Ladies trousers are a better fit than the old style so happy with those. Delivery fast. I wasn't happy with the packaging which consisted of two non-recyclable plastic bags for one pair of trousers.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback, we have just launched a series of pledges to tackle one of the issues you have raised this is a link to a blog explaining what we plan to do https://shop.scouts.org.uk/2019/04/18/protect-our-planet At the moment solutions to replace poly bag usage is very limited, our clothing travels from the far east in container ships and needs the bag to protect it (like the majority of clothing that is sold in the UK). The outer DHL bag is fully recyclable but that is there to make sure all of your goods are kept safe in transit. We are looking for a solution for both and by 2023 we have pledged to replace all poly bags with a sustainable alternative. Rest assured we feel the same way and we are actively doing something about it. Scout Store

Finding things off your "search" facility is very hit and miss. I put in the correct title for what I wanted i.e: yellow card, young people first and your search engine returned Beavers.

Shop itself is very good and a lot quicker turn round of items now. disappointing that members aren't given automatic discount codes available. Big problem I have is your sizes. An i.scout polo shirt I have is a Large. I bought (and just returned) an fleur de lys polo shirt that was a 2XL - and it was too tight. My son is a Medium in all items yet it was the Large size that we had to get for him to be a reasonable fit in your latest polo shirts. I suggest you get one of each type of polo shirt and compare sizes - it will save your customers a lot of hassle having to return items, and it would drop the number of returned items that you have to deal with.

Hi, Thank you for the feedback and we take your comment on sizing on board, we did have a Thank You campaign running for a month with the Scouts where all members could get 25% off however any discount code must be entered at the checkout as we have no way of knowing who is a member or not. normally wear large or extra large shirts but the sizeing is totally out on the smart casual wear shirts had to go to 4xl to get a comfy fit returned 2 shirts have only received one back sofar
