Would prefer to support and buy through Scout Shop but same product available in Go Outdoors. Needed for BH weekend - Vango cargo 80l was £30 v £45 is significant (without scout discount further deducted and delivery costs)

Hi, Thanks for writing the review unfortunately we can't match that price from GO Outdoors as we only buy small quantities and they are many times our size as a business. However when you buy any Vango tent you are still supporting the Scouts as we have licensing deal with them where we receive a royalty for tents purchased anywhere. Thanks Scout Store

Easy to order items, arrive promptly, parcel arrived in good condition, unfortunately all three items I ordered were returned due to sizing issues. I requested all items of the same size, they were replacement for items I already owned. None of the new items were anywhere near the size they should have been.

My order was supposed to be next day delivery for which I paid extra. However it was sent standard and did not arrive till the day after my son was invested. I contacted the chatline the day prior who confirmed the wrong delivery date and sent another shirt on quick delivery. Outcome received two shirts a day late. I gave the DHL drive one shirt back to return. The second shirt redelivered the next day. Shambolic Shirt good though. I doubt I will use them again

Well I ordered two soft shell jackets for the jamboree 1 large and 1 small. The small is so big it fits my husband and is almost the same size as the large. His large is very short on him, so all in all very disappointed how you get the sizes so wrong I have no idea!!

Paid for next day delivery and it took 4 days to turn up and im still awaiting on some of the badges i ordered three weeks later.

Sorry not impressed with searching and the categories. As a LTM we use the free materials on our courses but trying to find materials previously ordered have just disappeared and can't be found. Some out of stock items are shown in the store others aren't. Sorry to say as it is a real mess making life very hard work. Also why do you have to pay postage on some free items (the new discount card) where other free items are free postage

Hi, Thank you for your feedback we have investigated your comments and hopefully these answers will help; - We have some issues with items falling off the site when out of stock we are currently developing a solution with our web team to resolve this. - We are currently reviewing the categories to make searching easier for badges, publications and materials required to run a section and rest assured we really care about improving the experience further. - The discount card issue has been resolved it now appears a free publication when you choose to order it on its own. I made an order and payment was taken, after a week of waiting for the delivery I had to chase up the order. I was told the purchase was made but the system hadn’t submitted the order to the dispatch team

This is the first time we ordered from the Scout Store, We were sent the wrong size shirt M instead of the XXS required, this was also confirmed by email the size we requested and on the delivery note. It is quite inconvenient due to where we live to get to the post office to return items.
