“I ordered some short sleeve leader shirts. They were delivered really quickly.”

“First time using Scout Store and the process was straight forward, quick and painless. The only gripe was the fact that Scout Store sends shipment notification with a link to DHL tracking WITHOUT a tracking number, making tracking impossible. DHL sent tracking details on the day of delivery which wasn't a problem as I was at home all day, had I not been it would have been helpful to reschedule delivery as I was away on vacation for the preceding 7 days.”

“The actual ordering process was not stable, kept flashing off my screen. So I eventually ordered 6 of the free resources instead of 2! They were posted and received by myself very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.”

“I find Scout Store very efficient, and quick sending out orders. It would be easier to order if they could place things together i.e. Application to join PVG Scheme with Notes for it etc but on the whole good service thanks”

“Good quick service, would have been good to know who was the deliverer. DHL in my case,although in a padded envelope and only literature, the package was torn, luckily nothing missing, but thrown on doorstep after banging door, didn’t give me time to answer.”

“Hi Your clothing is very nice. But you don’t have enough Scout Section clothing. This is plenty for beavers, cubs and explorers but a lack of scout stuff. The new scout t shirt (green with scouts on it is excellent) can we get more of these please Thanks Paul”
