“It was a very difficult event for me. I have bought a lot of items from you company and I feel like you should have been a little more acamadating when I haveconly owned your item for a year and it already broke down. I had to go out and purchase a box, then pay for ups to pick it up. I don't have a truck or a large vehicle to fit this large box in.
