“I have been ordering from Shout Factory since they began their horror/cult film label, Scream Factory. I am an avid horror film collector and it brings me so much joy to see many classic films get the collector's treatment they deserve. They always do a fantastic job with their releases, normally giving older films a much needed HD upgrade, going above and beyond to get new features for beloved films, and giving fans the option to use new custom collectible art or the original theatrical art. I always order direct from Shout so I can expand my collection of posters on my walls. I have never had any issues ordering from Shout. They have adopted a few different methods of purchasing throughout the years although it seems they have settled now with the current system. If I had any complaints, it would be the cost of shipping. However, this does not feel valid enough to lower my rating as my orders are ALWAYS received within days of being shipped, and I often place one large order each time so I can save on buying multiple preorders. All in all, I will continue being a loyal Shout customer as long as they keep delivering such awesome quality products and service!”

“I have a few dvd's that I WISH I bought from SHOUT! Did not know you could buy from them. There are so many DVD'S I saw in a catalogue I got to day that are put out by SHOUT! The worse thing is I live on a very small disabilty check, and have to save up.
And I would like at ask them to look in to a old ABC comedy that only lasted one season, was high in the ratings, But ABC wateded so long to renew, some of the cast jump ship, one was Joel Higgins that went to SILVER SPOONS. But SHOUT! The show I was you would look in to is
