“Shoes seem fine but paid for delivery to be Friday . Shoes did not arrive until Monday wasted extra payment. Disappointed by that.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, I have looked into this for you and we would have gladly refunded the initial delivery costs but you did not select or pay for the Express Delivery. The pair was dispatched on free Standard Delivery as requested at checkout which is why the order did not arrive until Monday. “No problem at all with ordering and delivery was prompt. I've had a pair of these for years and they were falling apart. They were very expensive on other sites and half price on this one. Delighted to have a new pair and not have to pay as much as they're worth. Brilliant.”

“Still find sizing of crocs confusing. Returned first pair which weren’t what I thought I’d ordered, cost of postage taken off refund. Second pair were ordered and came in a couple of days later. Speedy delivery and no quibble refund. Happy with my new crocs!”

“They look great and are comfy but I am trying to get in touch with them as one shoe feels wider across the foot, the leather on one strap has stretched already and they've only been worn a handful of times, and one squeaks a little when walking. And all issues are on right foot. Think possibly a bad shoe, but the WhatsApp link won't work for enquiries so at the moment I am stuck with a dodgey shoe...”

“My husband has recently been diagnosed with lymphodema which has meant throwing out most of his shoes. I found your company on line and the first pair arrived promptly today.
