“My boots took ages to arrive bit this was the fault of Royal Mail, not Shuperb. I had given up hope of ever seeing them but Sonal was a good communicator whenever I emailed. Now my boots are finally here and they are lovely so I'm a happy customer!”

“Good service and 15% off. Shoes are darker than the picture but I liked the darker colour better. Good fit I have wide feet and Josef seibel shoes always good fit for me”

“I paid for next day delivery £12 and they arrived today more than a week late. I did chase the delivery last week. I wanted a refund for the extra charge for postage I had paid. I called the company this week when the boots (v nice hush puppies) finally arrived. Sonel the person who answered the phone was excellent. She remembered my case from last week and immediately arranged for a refund. So I have updated my review from negative to positive. Thanks to Sonel’s excellent help!”

“Lovely boots, quick delivery. Lace front means they are adjustable. Sadly not adjustable enough to cope with a calf over 40cm. The returns process was also very easy.”
