“Shuperb provided a quick dispatch but their delivery service Royal Mail messed us about. After some chasing they were delivered in time for Christmas. The boots are good quality and at a fair price.”

“Ordered shoes on 3 Dec as Xmas pressie. Arrived same week - marvellous. [Updated] Didn't fit so returned them for exchange. They've had them for 9 days and haven't processed the return yet and refuse to until someone in returns scans them in. Called yesterday and they sounded blunt and showed now sign of apology or understanding. Sounds like front line staff have been dumped into a rubbish situation with poor process. [Update] The customer service teams pulled it out of the bag and got the follow up delivery in time for Xmas. Bravo to the team.”

“Ordered boots and they came really quickly. Lovely style and good strong material. I take a 6 but it was too big. I could slip my foot out without unzipping it. Sent the boots back (free if your getting a replacement pair) and now awaiting my new size 5 boots. It's been a week but I suppose because it's so near Christmas there will be delays.”

“Ordered a size 14 which I know is large, but these shoes are huge!! So much bigger than any others we have received in this size. No time to return as son needed them for school events immediately so is having to wear them with insoles…….and they are still massive 🤦‍♀️”

“Wore them once so far ,inside the back off heel inside digs in on one foot not flush inside like the other boot not sure weather it will be a problem , definitely need thicker socks maybe that would help but lot off money if the heel inside isent flush,il have to see as I wear them”

“Boots great, but loops to pull them on are far too small, nearly sent them back but decided to tie loops to the loops so I could pull them on! You need to tell your supplier to double the size of the loops.”
