“I have an older pair of Gumbies which I have had for a few years, Love them! Broke the toe bar on my black Croc flip-flops so ordered a black pair of Gumbies. Quality of these new ones is inferior and the toe bar broke after 2 weeks, very disappointed”

Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased. If I may I would briefly like to explain what happened. The parcel was not addressed incorrectly, we sent the order to the delivery address provided, unfortunately when Royal Mail attempted to deliver there was no answer so they left the parcel with a neighbour as per the GPS provided. We did provide you with this information but you requested we raise an official investigation with the carrier, which we have since done as you were in quarantine. We have had an update from Royal Mail who have explained The Delivery Office Manager offers their apologies as the item appears to have been misdelivered. We have since had an update in regards to the investigation from Royal Mail and issued you with a full refund. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindest Regards, Sonal.

“Excellent service, excellent product at a very good price. The original trainers were too large because the size I ordered was correct but the fit was larger than normal. A replacement was sent free of charge, promptly and with no fuss. An excellent company that I thoroughly recommend and will certainly be buying from on the future.”
