Dear Gemma, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, all Crocs have US Size embossed on the sole, the pairs ordered were the Unisex style and they are a Men's UK 3/Women's UK 4, this is why they say M3/W4, the EU Size is 36.5.
