Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear that the item has not fit, as you had expected. All brands and styles can vary slightly with their sizing which is set by the manufacturer and advertised as such. We have since spoken to you on the telephone and advised you on how you can return the pair, we also have a step-by-guide available on the website which guides you through our very easy returns process. We would have gladly exchanged the pair but the requested size is not available at present so I am sorry about that.
