“Shoes a very bad fit, one bigger than the other. I have 4 pairs and know they are usually a good fit. Emailed a picture to customer services, they now require a picture of the soles to try and help me? I literally tried them on in my kitchen!!! One was so tight I couldnt walk in them. Very slow at getting back to me. In no hurry to rectify this. All I want is a replacement pair.”

“I discovered your site through a friend while visiting UK. I saw the shoes she was wearing and asked where she got them. I was in UK long enough to order one pair and they came right away. I am very happy with the shoes and the price was great. In fact I ordered a second pair to go to my friend's house and will be picking them up when I return later in the Fall.”
