“The boots is very good but shuperb is very bad, i bought them after the boots' price was reduced and I sent an e-mail but they didn't return”

“Lovely warm boots, but sadly too small in size 5. Have sent them back and awaiting a refund. In the meantime, I did order a size 5.5 that fit perfectly. I would recommend the boots but definitely allow at least a size up to normal shoe size.”

“The website for well laid out and easy to navigate. The purchase of the boots was easy and efficient. However, due to postal industrial action it took nearly 3 weeks for the boots to arrive. Expecting a quicker delivery than that was unfortunate but the boots are great.”

“My velcro fastened flat ish soled 7 1/2 indoor shoes are perfect. I get Reynaud's syndrome and they keeep my feet A the right shape - i.e not spreading B Warm; it affecys you in cold weather. C”
