“Signos is an excellant tool for understanding your body's glucose. In addition to the continuous monitoring, it has many key indicators with automatically calculated goals so you always know how you are doing. The app also has short education lessons to help you adjust your habits to reach and maintain your goals. I learned that not all sugar is awful, it depends on how much I eat and when, rice can create a large spike, and exercise can cause a delayed spike.”
“Really enjoy the insights this gets me. I wanted to loose a few pounds, but the main reason was to understand how my body reacts to different foods, and I have learnt a lot. There is no surprice in e.g. a piece of bread resulting in a spike, but especially reastaurant dishes have surprised me. Dishes that are supposed to be low in carb, have sometimes given me a big spike in glucose - so, I guess they add sugar... Very insightfull. Also interesting to see how the order of food intake affects glucose.
The app is very good and easy to manage. The support is not too impressive, they are just rattling off the FAQ instead of reading the question and answering it.”
“It has made tracking a whole lot easier. I've been in the prediabetic range for awhile now and hope to figure out changes I can make for better health. It's also fairly easy to operate.”
“I truly believe anyone who has issues with their blood sugar needs to monitor their sugar through Signos. The short, just-in-time training and different activities that have taught me about my habits and how they impact my blood sugar have been life-changing. Seeing the real-time numbers was eye-opening. I was very much in denial. When I check my blood sugar with a finger stick it was not that bad. But with Signos, I see the spikes and issues that I was not previously aware of but my A1C was indicating.”
“I've had some issues with some glucometers where I've had to place new ones right away or a few days later. BUT, it's a great device that monitors your glucose and gives you advice on what to do to lower your glucose.”
“I've used the Signos sensor for 3 months now. It correlates well with my fingersticks, so I'm happy with accuracy. I like that i can log meals, so I know what sets me off and what doesn't. Weight is not my issue, but prediabetes doesn't always favor the overweight. I feel like I am headed in the right direction with food choices, now that i know what each food does to my blood sugar.”
“Using Signos has been eye opening and has really helped me get my blood sugar under control. I've lowered both my average and my overnight in the last three months and slowly I am beginning to lose weight.”
“I have using the signos device for almost 3 months and have been impressed with the information, suggestions, and support that i have received. it really keeps you "on your toes" as far as watching what you eat and how you eat it. Although to date i have lost very little weight with the device, it certainly has given me areas to work on.”
“My wife and I are surprised by the differences in how we respond to the same foods. This knowledge is helping us plan meals for weight loss and feeling healthier.”
“The organization has been responsive when I need help (for example a failed sensor). I don’t use their coaching so I won’t comment on that aspect of it.
I find it very helpful to know what impact various foods have on my blood glucose. I’m learning tons about what I should eat and what I should avoid. And gradually my behavior is changing.
I wish my weight was changing as rapidly, but it isn’t. Still it is trending lower day by day. This program helps me make better and better choices.”
“I feel like this is the next big “it” thing for weight loss / metabolism monitoring and tracking. Not only does it have a “cool” factor with the technology component, but I also love wearing it on my upper arm so that I can “educate” anyone who asks about it. I love telling people how I am not diabetic, nor pre-diabetic, but what it has taught me about my diet and body. Thanks Signos!”
“It really helped me in changing my lifestyle to eat healthy and know about my body and the foods good va bad. I am very happy with Signos and I have already recommended to my family and friends. One of the best in market currently”
“Signos with the Dexcom 7 has been a great tool as I transition from Metformin (I'm type 2 diabetic) to Ozempic. My blood glucose daily average has gone from 150 to 110. Although most of the glucose drop is attributed to the Ozempic, having Signos and a CGM, is helping me learn how to make wiser food choices and when best to exercise. I never thought I would enter what I eat into an app, but it's a breeze with the Signos app. And I've lost nine lbs over the last three weeks since starting Signos!”
“I highly recommend Signos to anyone looking to gain deeper insights into their metabolic health and make more informed choices for a healthier lifestyle.”
“GAME CHANGER. To have real time data on how my body responds, particularly to food, has been most empowering. I’ve radically changed my approach to eating and I feel so much better. I will never NOT have Signos.”
“Love the education in the app and the data to help me make better choices. Basically when it works, it’s wonderful.
However, my 4th and 5th CGMs have had issues and the hoops you are forced to jump through for help are so insane that I dropped it completely for one. The second time the device gave a critical error immediately upon initial calibration, and a screenshot showing as much as well as a report wasn’t enough to get a replacement sent. Currently in the process where what is needed is complete overkill and not even sure if they will send a replacement after their lack of support the first time (readings very low and not holding recalibration attempts x3).
Basically - the knowledge rocks but the customer service is sluggish and a bit insulting so far.”
