“I have not received my order”

“Since placing my order I got in touch with customer service to make sure al goes smoothly as I needed the flag for an event. I gave 1 month to ensure I get it in time. I’ve reached out several times with some initial response, and then no response. My event is this weekend and I don’t t have the flag or heard from anyone at Signworld. Very disappointed as I was counting on the flag to promote my business in front of 160 potential clients at a conference. You need to reevaluate what customer service means to you!”

“Ordered on the 13 th april now the 27th call asked where they were told me ups lost it and i would have to wait for them to do a claim. Really needed them for 28Th I had ND Graphic send me 4 units overnight”

“Ordered over a week ago, needed quick turnaround, paid for ups delivery. Never heard back from them. Sent an email asking if they knew when I would receive order. I got an email from them saying how responsible they were to their customers. All I needed was a where abouts and when abouts was my order. Still nothing as of yet. B”
