“I love the prices being cheaper than retail and how I was able to stack coupons. On top of that, I had accidentally ordered the wrong contacts, but Simple Contacts texted me to let me know and fixed it on their end. It arrived quickly and undamaged.”

“I normally don’t leave reviews but ... I LOVEEEEE MY NEW CONTACTS! Talk about affordable and quick! I ordered my contacts on Monday and they were delivered in my mailbox that Friday :) I was nervous that they wouldn’t have the brand that I use, but they have tons of brands to pick from. I ordered a years worth of contacts and the price was about 2x cheaper than if I ordered a 6 months worth with my eye doctor. I would highly recommend this Simple Contacts!”

“I have never had such good customer service!! Not only could I handle everything on my phone from ordering the contacts, renewing my prescription (so easy!), and TEXT customer service the whole time at ANY point and get a real person responding, but when my contacts didn’t come on time for 2 day shipping (which wasn’t there fault), they not only refunded my shipping but they sent my contacts (that were already on the way to my home address) to my hotel in HAWAII overnight no problem and I got fresh contacts for my trip!! I cannot recommend them enough and I will be telling all my friends to get contacts from them!!”

“Simple Contacts has been immensely helpful and is, at times, even cheaper than other companies. It is great to be able to notice that I'm low on contacts, simply (no pun intended) open the app, click order, and have them just about a week later! Top-notch service and I have yet to need to contact customer service for anything.”

“This was SO easy - I desperately needed a new contact Rx and my doc was booked out 3 months! The test was very easy to take, was approved quickly, and contacts came shortly after. Worth every penny to not have to make the trip to the doctor, pay WAY more, and take time off work! Highly recommend!”
