“Great price, great service, speedy delivery! Rarely do I come across a company with such outstanding service. I love it when I receive a text and an email after placing my order to ask me if I have any questions or concerns about my order. The turn around time for answers is almost immediate. This last order I tried to place had an expired prescription, so the company sent me a very quick text and worked quickly with me to request an up dated one from my doctor. There was no delay time due to their outstanding service. Again, extremely helpful with problem solving and super speedy delivery. I won't order contacts from anyone else.”

“I like the concept of Simply Contacts and their prices are competitive. Only complaint I have is that when I set up a replacement shipment for a Monday, it doesn't ship until that Friday. I expect it to ship on they day I select, otherwise why allow me to select it?”
