“I had an emergency need for contacts in one day before I was due to leave the country for an extended period and was able to get my exact prescription and brand delivered in ONE DAY! This in spite of troubles from my doctors' office being unresponsive. Jeff, my sales rep/main contact, did a phenomenal job both with keeping me updated in the process and assuaging any concerns I had.
