“Very happy! My eye doctor changed my prescription, and Simple Contacts let me return my unmarked/unopened boxes of contacts. They even emailed me a usps return label to send them back so no cost to me to ship! The contacts that I order are always shipped the same day, and I receive them within 2-3 days. Very fast, and I like that!!”

“Easy to follow instructions and process worked smoothly. Wish they gave an option to say how many boxes of each lens you wanted as I use monovision most of the time and add a far vision lens only occasionally and don’t need as many. Would also have like the chance to just get the script before having to order lenses and pay. FAQ said you could, but I never saw that option.”
