“Order arrived within timescale. Very pleased with handrail which was easy to assemble. Ordered 3.2m which came in two parts. One section was slightly different colour. Reported this and they sent me a polishing cloth which did the job. Excellent, friendly professional service. Would definitely recommend.”

“The hand rail we received exceeded our expectations, it looks fantastic on our staircase, lovely quality and gives you a feeling of safe and sturdy guidance up the stairs, it also matches our light switches and fittings. Service and delivery was great from Simple handrails. I would definitely recommend and purchase their quality goods every time.”

“The overall service regarding ordering and delivery was excellent. Would recommend you to others. We are very pleased with quality of the handrail and the installed handrail product and would definitely use you again. One minor issue - the inclusion of basic instructions on installation would be useful, especially to non-DIY experts! Or a reference to an appropriate internet site.”

“Everything perfect. The handrail looks brilliant and fitted my needs exactly. One bracket was missing when delivered, but, on contacting the office a new one was dispatched immediately. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”
