“The handrail was delivered well wrapped and on time. The fixtures and fittings and oak handrail were really good quality. Relatively easy to install for a non-professional although no instructions were included with the handrail - we had to go to the website and found that the wording relating to the instructions on attaching the brackets to the oak once the chrome ends were fitted was not easy to interpret.”

“Hand rails were excellent just what I wanted. But I stayed in all day waiting for delivery, but was very disappointed when I went outside at 5.30pm and they were laying on my front lawn, nobody had rang the bell or knocked the door, not even put a card through the letter box. Seems like I have wasted a days holiday from work, just so the delivery driver could dump my package on my lawn in full view of the whole street. Noy impressed by that”

“Hi this company has had a bad review in 2016 PLEASE ignore as my purchase in June 2019 I only had excellent service.. They managed to supply the complete package comprising of glass ,balustrades and a hand rail delivered to Devon in time for a major celebratory event in record time. We were delighted and have received nothing but compliments from neighbours and friends. Top company”
