“I am very pleased with walnut hand rail. It arrived well packaged with all the accessories in good time. I decided to fit wooden turned ends instead of the brass caps as more in keeping with the age of this house. Yet to be stained and waxed but looks good and everything I hoped for.”

“Although the website is very straightforward, I made a call to the company enquiring about needing a size of handrail not stated in the drop down list. The call taker was very helpful and placed the order for me without any issues. I was updated via email of the order and its delivery progress, the handrail came within the time and date stated and I wasn't disappointed with it. Good heavy quality made to my measurements. Cannot fault this company or the delivery company in any way. Dont hesitate if you are looking for a good quality handrail. Thanks Simple Handrails!”

“Their product standard is very good and their communication with regard progress of your order and delivery is excellent. “The order arrived promptly, beautifully packaged (took me twenty minutes to unpack it!) and the quality of both the walnut handrail and the brass fittings is superb. For an amateur like me, it would have helped to have some simple instructions as to how best to assemble each rail but I managed to work out which screws were intended for which part although the correct alignment of each part took time to sort out accurately. I am delighted with the products.”
