“They look lovely They were a pain to fix because it is difficult to get angle of the brackets correct and secure before attaching to the wall. Much fiddling. The long screws supplied are very soft steel and burr easily.”

“The 1.8m straight handrail is well finished and was delivered on time. Unfortunately the packaging containing the standoff brackets and fixings had been squashed allowing the screws to fallout. The van driver found most but not all of them so I had to find replacements. The short tapped screws which fix the brackets to the handrail were extremely fiddly especially on a frosty January morning. Otherwise fitting was straightforward and end result looks good.”

“The cut ends of the rail should have been cut square so that the steel ends sat straight when fit. Recut to rectify the problem.”

“THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT DELIVERY 0F ORDER. How ever I would like to mention the fixings supplied. The 6 x 60mm lg screws are far too long, the wall plugs supplied are only 35mm lg. One fixing is to a block wall, however the second fixing is to the wooded frames of a plaster boarded section of the wall. There is no problem with the other fixings.”

“Good set up, delivery & equipment arrived as expected. Only issue was received small flat head screws instead of countersunk screws for handrail, but they worked ok. Otherwise I would have marked higher. Pleased with end result.”

“Had a delay on the agreed delivery date (down to the courier) so wasted a day off waiting in for delivery. Got it the next day. The product however is pretty good- slight size difference between the supplied end caps and the actual wooden rail, but only marginally. Also, the rail had a 4 inch bend down its length which thankfully pulled flat when screwed down to its mountings/brackets. For the price, a nice looking product that looks great.”

“Very happy with the handrails, but two height adjustment screws missing, and they haven’t yet acknowledged or replied to my email. They have now been in contact, and hopefully the missing screws will arrive in the next few days.”

“Measured and ordered myself, and ot was straight forward self assembly. Delivery time was longer then stated estimation, but that aside, product is up and is great quality. Would recommend”

“The hand rail looks very good and was well packaged. The wall screws are too soft on the heads. These were changed for stainless ones. Advice on how best to fit rail would have been helpful as had to remove the wall brackets several times. I would buy again but use my own screws. Unable to post photo as browse box will not open.”

Hi Dave, All of our screws supplied are the best quality stainless steel screws on the market. We only send stainless steel as it can cross contaminate out factory. The instructions are also listed on our website on the page you purchased from. We do this to save on paper for the environment. We look forward to seeing your rail on the photos if it does open. “Overall, a very good service, but in this case, let down by a concern with the product. - Questions emailed about the product I was looking to purchase, of which I received a swift, friendly and straight-forward reply. - Purchase on-line was straightforward. - Delivery information received via the courier was clear and informative. - The product arrived but contained a Quality Concern, of which should never have been sent to a customer. - I sent a complaint email complete with photographs, and received a reply within 2 minutes from the Managing Director apologising for the concern, and promising a replacement product. - I received the replacement product a few days later which was defect-free. Overall, a VERY good process from point of sale to delivery, let down in this instance by faulty product. However, the service promised and subsequently delivered to rectify the concern was exemplary.”

“I ordered a stainless steel handrail. It arrived very quickly and the "handyman" attached it easily. It seems very sturdy and looks very attractive. I particularly like the rounded ends.”
