“Have yet to fit these handrails, but they appear we'll made and engineered. The order arrived as stated but the outer packaging was burst and a box inside was crushed, the courier assured me that this was the condition of the item when he picked up the package. Inspection revealed no damage to the contents, so no harm done. Would still recommend Simple Handrails for price and quality.”

“Just what we needed. A short flight of steps and a rail to fit. Good quality materials. Full kit provided to install. Sturdy and looks good. Only wish was for some fitting tips, order to do thing other wise highly recommend.”

“Very satisfied with the product and delivery was fine. If I had a very slight gripe it would be that no assembly instructions were with the fittings. This didn't cause me a problem. But could have been if I was less than competent at a bit of D.I.Y. However would not put me off buy from Simply again.”

“I needed the handrail quickly and delivered on a particular day. They pilled out all the stops and it came as requested. The quality all round is fine & met expectations; pleased with the look and finish. I did expect some fitting tips; I recalled having seen the need to drill pilot holes in the wood but couldn't find anything on the website when I looked again. The wallplugs provided were far too small for the fixing screws; I used larger and drilled a size up but without an electric driver it would have been too tough. As it was two screwheads got chewed and will need to be replaced be replaced.”

“I was pleased with my Handrail Kit & helped by the tips on the website made installation fairly easy. I did require the assistance of a neighbour as two pairs of hands were needed in the initial stages. My wlfe is delighted with the result & it has helped her to go up & downstairs more easily.”

“the screws are 2.5ins long but the rawul plug is only 1 and 3/8th long is this correct. The rail is well made [ i thought was 1 piece but comes in 2 ]. it will look amazing when its on the wall .”

“The quality of the goods was excellent - except the wall plugs supplied were too small, making the screws an impossibly tight fit to screw in - luckily I had some larger plugs and, even with those, it was an real effort to get the screws in. At least the rail won't pull off the wall! Communications could have been better - it was only when I heard from the carriers that I knew the goods had been dispatched and then they arrived a day later than originally advised.”

“Generally happy buy one section did have a rough part and was slightly bent where as the second part was beautiful Just a tip please mark dead centre for the end caps .... I screwed it up so its offset”
