“So helpful with my requirements! I had a complex project which involved balustrade turning into a handrail on posts. I measured and Dan did the rest producing working drawings for me to sign off. Goods came within 5 working days which for baluster posts it was speedy. Glass followed 2 weeks from ordering. Thanks again”

“this was a first time purchase of a handrail. Order process was easy enough. Also the internet query process was easy enough i.e online chat service was great as it was answered instantly. “Handrail niceI I'm sorry to hear about your personal issues the only reason I said average was because we paid 25 pounds extra for delivery within 48 hours however we didn't get our handrail for four days but we are pleased with the handrail itself”

“We chose the walnut handrails, easy to order and delivery around two weeks later. Quite straightforward to fit, will need further sand & oil to seal & improve look but overall very happy with product.”

“The quality of the hand rail fittings is excellent as described. I had to chase the order twice no communication but it did arrive after two and half weeks as promised. The oak handrail is supplied to add your own finish. I would use them again if it wasn't urgent.”
