“Ordered 11 posts for our new deck and was given agreed delivery date. There was an issue with TNT who had the posts out for delivery to me. Problem resolved by Dan delivering them personally (5hr drive as I'm in Scotland) arriving at 11:45pm for the install the following day. Fantastic service and would highly recommend.”

“I ordered a wooden handrail with the chrome fittings. It has made the stairs look really nice. Simple to fit. Even after a slight problem with one section of the rail Dan sorted it out in no time and got me a replacement keeping me informed throughout even to the day it was to be delivered”

“Good product, well parcelled given the vulnerability of wooden handrails to damage in transit. Inclusion of Incorrect hardware affects my score, but redemption is the immediate correction by next day delivery lifting the score back to the level recorded. Staff were helpful and polite in my personal dealings and keen to give good service. Can recommend.”

“Delay fulfilling order-had to chase it up myself to find out they were having problem with poor quality stock.Finally delivered but damaged(pos. in transit-bad packaging?)so I refused delivery.Waiting for replacemaent but carpenter who will fit it getting fed up of being messed around too.”

“Handrail took 4 working days to arrive. We prearranged our delivery date before ordering with Stuart and it was there on the morning we asked for. The rail itself was packaged well and after a bit of confusion our end with the brackets it all fitted like a dream. We couldn't be more happy with our rail and would certainly recommend these guys.”
