“I ordered my handrail on the Monday, it was 3m stainless steel. Got a phone call on the Thursday to say driver was 10 minutes away. The driver was really pleasant. My handrail is on and looks absolutely amazing. Great quality rail as are the fixings. Definitely highly recommended! Thank you *****”

“This is clearly a company that is customer focused and able to respond to customer requests and expectations. Dealing with the options on line is far better than most in the sector. The prices are well placed for these quality products. The company offers a restricted range of product options, with on line advice, that allows the DIY installer to order with confidence. My personal experience is that an email request was answered very quickly, with a call back to check my specific product needs. A projected delivery date was given, and the order arrived on time as promised. The products were packed well and correct to the specification. A pleasurable experience overall. What more could one expect? The company deserves to prosper.”

“Quality of product excellent, with all screws etc complete. Looks great on site. Slight minus point not knowing when it would be delivered. That would have been helpful as we were out.”
