“After a problem with delivery which turned out to be the fault of the carrier I received my order which was very securely packaged. The Handrail seems to be of excellent quality and at a very reasonable price. My contact at Simple Handrails was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Good service.”

“This is an excellent product, at a surprisingly good price. The quality of the materials used, and the fabrication process, were outstanding. I was also pleased that Simple Handrails were able to produce a customized length of handrail for me. I will need several more handrails in my current house refurbishment programme, and I will certainly return to Simple Handrails for them.”

“The communication and logistics were not brilliant. Product was ok although one of the screws snapped whilst in the handrail which meant we had to get it drilled out! Would have to think twice about ordering from this website again I'm afraid.”

“I am so pleased that we ordered from this company. The hand rail is stylish and is clearly sturdy and of good quality. My only slight complaint is that my builder would have appreciated instructions about assembling the brackets but they went up with no problems in the end!”

“Dear Sirs Apart from an over due delivery I must I am very impressed with the quality of the material and the manufacture, I was in Architectural metalwork for 27years so I do know about SS grades thickness and finishes, my only comment was your stand off dimension I think it could be reduced by 15mm in a narrow stair way the hand rail does take up a lot of room I think there is ample room for a mans gloved hand. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any one who requires these items Many thanks John Rowe”

“comments said delivery between 5-7days after 2 telephone calls rail finally arrived after 17 days . However after 1st call they did apologise and say we wouldn't get it until the following week . We are very pleased with the product and would recommend if you are not in a rush to receive it”
