“Excellent service, delivererd 3 days after order. Very good quality, everything required was sent enclosed in very robust packaging. The price was half that of a competitor using the same grade of stainless steel and you were required to drill the rail to enable the brackets to be attached. I would totally recommend Dan and simplehandrails . co to anyone.”

“Had to wait over a week for the handrail then when it arrived it contained the wrong end pieces. I contacted supplier who did send me the correct ones but having to wait again meant I couldn't get the handrail up as soon as I would have liked. However, the handrail itself is a beautiful piece of oak and I am very pleased with it.”

“All went went until delivery and then I was told UPS had lost my delivery so the order had to re sent. The handrail itself looks great - thank you”

“Super quality handrail, far better than previous handrails i have had from other company's. The finer grit polishing gives the rail a far better finish than i have ever had and fittings are quality too! would highly recommend these to anyone. Thanks again”

“Regrettably I had not taken into account the actual weght of the rails against the fact that I am fitting to a cavity board wall .what do I use to secure it to the wall? I have more or less given up on using your rail and am looking for an alternative . What now do I do with your handrail , exellent though it may be I cannot use it. Regards Ron Shepherd PS my wife is now over 80 and had a fall on the stair and now requires extra support on the stair .I am 84. If you have some MAGIC to fix it I would be most gratefull to hear from you.”

Hi Ron. I will gladly send you some heavy duty plugs which are suited to a cavity wall. Failing that they are standard sizes so we will also offer a refund if these plugs dont work. Leave it with me and ill get them in the post. Dan

“Great quality product easy to fit however an incorrect sized and coloured screw was thrown in to make up the numbers of the screws that match the bannister. Still waiting for a reply and replacement”
