“Delighted with our handrails - however delivery period slow due to the courier service they use (based on the on-line chat reason they gave when chasing up our order)”

“The handrail kit finally arrived which was a relief as I had my doubts it would. Trying to contact anyone, to find out where my delivery was, for over a week, was a nightmare. Dan a great quality product, at a competitive price, but with a service that needs reviewing. Answer your phone or use email, it doesn't matter if there's a delay, just let us know.”

“Ordered some parts and they did not arrive ,however the problem was Royal Mail not simple handrails and once I contacted them they sent immediately via u.p.s and arrived the next day .great products at great prices . You will not be disappointed . Regards Peter”
