“ordered two interior rails,waited longer for delivery but the product was worth the wait. Excellent product, solid,easy to install. Will last a lifetime. I did shop around, 30% lower than most firms for the same grade of steal. Perfect!”

“the actual rail is superb and I have fitted myself with no problem.Considering my quote from a supply and fix was nearly £300 and the good quality rail and fixings from Simple handrails was £74 I am very pleased.The only critism was delay in sending or rather keeping me informed when to expect, other than that I will definitely use again.”

“Good generally but detail poor. Two M4 screws missing and one M4 hole had screw jammed. I'll have to re-tap that.”

Hi There. This obviously shouldn't of happened our end and is unacceptable. If we new this was the case we would of gladly rectified. Please if you need rail exchanged or further screws sent out then please drop me an email. sales@simplehandrails.co.uk

“Great product and very impressed with the quality (loads cheaper than others I looked at). Few teething problems with delivery (which were outside of their control) but felt they did all they could to resolve for me and re-ordered quickly. Would recommend and use again”

“The ordering process is really easy, unfortunately Dan had problems with his courier company so my order was delayed by quite some time, but he was extremely apologetic and after unsuccessfully trying to get my delivery completed he made a new rail and arranged a special delivery which arrived within a day. I would recommend the company, my experience was hopefully a one off and once I alerted him to the issues the problem was dealt with efficiently and speedily, so i am happy.”

“From the moment of contacting simple handrails they were very helpful, from telephone correspondence to emailing. When the handrail arrived I was very impressed with the way it was packaged and when opened was really happy with the product. The quality is great, looks stunning and is solid. The finishing with the groove ends and the upgraded aesthetic looking brackets finish it off with a touch of class. Now it’s on the wall and the hall is finished i’m glad I spent the money because it looks quality and you get what you pay for. I’ve had loads of comments already and would certainly reccommend.”

“Product was very good well packaged and looks good fitted, delivery time was very poor, 10 days to arrive and when trying to contact them to chase up order, they did not reply to their online chat or to a direct email. Other than this am satisfied with product.”

“I ordered a 2.5 metre brushed stainless steel handrail to go up my stairway which I have recently redecorated and recarpeted. Ordering was easy and straightforward. Delivery took a week or two, but it was worth the wait. Arrived carefully packaged and damage free. The handrail looks sleek, smart, smooth, modern and a vast improvement on the previous somewhat dated varnished wooden handrail. The handrail is a real quality product, perfectly finished and easy to install. One unexpected bonus is that the rail catches light from the landing window by the day and the landing lamp in the evenings so it looks as though the rail has an integral light. I am very pleased with this perfect finish to my modernised stairwell which has really impressed recent visitors.”
