“Thanks for your service I considered it good,the only thing I could comment on is the handrail wall brackets look different to those shown on the pictures and the screws supplied were to big to sit nicely in the brackets they also look really rubbish against the shiny stainless steel.Hope this helps. Thanks Stuart.”

Hi Stuart, thanks for your time replying. We had a problem with the brackets. They changed the screw hole size and didnt notify us. I hope your happy with your rail apart from this. It was something we became aware of after they had been sent out. Apologies again. Dan

“Lovely rail. Easy to install.Well wrapped up so rail was not scratched and in perfect condition. Very good grade of stainless steel and looks expensive. Would definitely recommend SimpleHandrails. Suitable for Old and New builds.Thank you for my lovely hand rail.”

“Very straightforward and useful website to navigate. Useful advice given via web chat. Very helpful in sorting out a bespoke railing item I wanted making from same materials used for balustrade posts. Cost of my order cheaper than suppliers of same or similar items. Bulk of order delivered quickly, bespoke item a couple of days later. One mix-up over a section of post resolved quickly. Friendly and efficient service and would happily recommend to friends and family.”
