“Good quality wood and components. Took a long time to arrive but did get notification that this was down to a bad bactch of oak. The instructions were missing but managed to find them on line.”

HI Margaret, We tried to deliver your handrail after two days of the order being made, we normally work on 7 to 10 working days. We emailed all the tracking and no one was there to take delivery 3 days running. You then called UPS to rearrange the delivery on a day to suit and still wasn't in. The rail was still delivered within 7 working days. Thank you. Dan

“Exactly what I required dealt with politely by the staff member I spoke to and took delivery of our new stainless steel handrail and fittings two day earlier than expected. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring a stainless steel handrail, and I must say I looks brilliant 👍”

“The walnut rail looks very good,ordered a choice if stainless steel ends but received 4 of the same! Never mind rounded ends finish off well . Good service and it's great to have on line chat”

“The hand rail I chose was bespoke.that made the difference! Quality,better choice and cheaper all D.I.Y stores,with more hand rail brackets ,and thicker construction.would have no problem recommending to others and family.”

“You didn't respond to a query I sent in via the wensite. I didn't get any info on delivery progress after it was beyond the expected time scale of delivery. I had to ring to see what was going on . The screws weren't big enough. We were fortunate that we had some we could use. The handrail does look good however.”

“I recently purchased 3 of the stainless steel handrails . After arriving on the 8th working day which was expected , and finally managing to get into the packaging after it looked like it had been packaged to go through world war 3 ,but was thankful as after finally opening the package the rails inside were immaculate and to a very high standard . I don't normally right reviews but after such a good product and been able to take advise from the gentleman in the office on exactly which product and how it needed to be fitted was ideal for me I will be recommending this company to family and friends .”

“The handrail took longer than expected to arrive (due to the raw material wood not being up to scratch) but the final product is very good and looks excellent (stainless steel and oak handrail). The brackets are also very sturdy and sleek looking.”

“Product was fine in the end, but experienced such unprofessional service that I felt compelled to write a review, and echo what others have written. Not only did the delivery take 18 days to arrive (states between 7-10 working days on website), it was dealt with so poorly with no indication of delivery date nor time by the courier service, and I had to contact the company several times to find out what was going on. 3m long handrail was eventually dropped off at a neighbour's house, which I find rude and inconsiderate as it's such a large item for someone else to have to take responsibility for. I have come to realise from reading reviews that I'm not the only one who has encountered this problem, and I believe it should be in the company's best interests to find a professional and dependable courier service. Package also arrived with wrong number of screws for the job (8 long instead of 9) - another common complaint I've discovered. Steel end caps can also be fiddly, as the design is a bit strange but overall, I must admit that the handrail looks great and is easy to setup. However, I will not be buying from this company again as the professionalism since ordering has been extremely disappointing.”

Hi Robin. Thank you for your reply and further correspondence. I have checked back through the order process and the time it took to get with you. It was 11 working days until it landed with your neighbour. TNT have really let us down on this occasion especially that it was sent and due to be with you easily within the 10 working days but we can't speak on behalf of the driver/ courier with them leaving items elsewhere when people aren't in. Again I am really sorry and we are correcting things internally as we speak. Dan
