“It looks good and does the job at the top of the stairs to get us oldies round the bend afteri getting off the stairlift. That's the trouble with oldies - we're always round the bend!”

“Good quality metal components and rail. Packaging could be better - rail had come out of one end during transit and the wood had been marked. Roundheaded screws are too long for the job they need to do and are difficult to screw into oak even with an appropriately sized pilot hole (3 broke off at the head so had to rotate rail and redrill/refix all of them)”

“We ordered a staircase handrail, confirmed delivery date of 24/11, which we have not yet received on 29/11. We asked for an update on delivery on two occasions, each confirming the handrail was with the courier, both on the delivery date and after. They confirmed the courier needed two days to find it in their depot! So, still waiting the handrail to be delivered to gauge the quality of the product but so far they seem to be let down badly by their courier. Communication so far has been reasonable although inconclusive.”

“Lovely handrail, arrived within the 7-10 day period; it came by TNT. Absolutely nothing wrong with the product only problem was that the packaging had been opened in transit somewhere and the top quarter of the packaging was missing therefore we have supplied Simply Handrails with photographs. Fortunately nothing missing. The staff at Simple Handrails are very accommodating and helpful. Our handrail now looks like a quality product, excellent service and we can’t wait to get it installed! Thank you.”
