“I loved it! Every time I had a question they’d reply right away! When I had to cancel (because I didn’t need more pills) they were also very helpful and kind! I really loved it.”

“The communication was so easy. I love that I was able to text to get updates and to share information. It was so nice to have my prescription come in the mail that way I don’t have to worry about it. They gave me a little bit extra because they understood that I skipped the placebo pills so it was so nice for someone to get out without me having to jump through more hoops.”

“I love this company. I answered some questions, a few days later I had a prescription and in about a week I received my birth control. I am on my second month. I received my next shipment before my current one ran out. I highly recommend.”

“Please send me what I paid for!! You took $80 out of my account over 7 weeks ago and said my first shipment got lost in the mail. Then I sent two more messages contacting you said you would resend my pills and never did!! I am extremely upset”

“Very attentive, good communication, had a mix up with my insurance and they were prompt to help fix it. I enjoy the website as it is simple to maneuver. I only wish there was an easy was to be able yo change birth control methods when needed.”

“Great and helpful until my insurance changed and my insurance wouldn’t fill my prescription through them so I had my RX transferred to a local pharmacy so I didnt have to pay out of pocket and I simply asked for the plan B pill RX to go to my pharmacy and they wouldn’t because I’m not using their pharmacy and the response I got. You can buy it over the counter. Well nah sh**! The RX would make it go through my pharmacy so there you go, my experience. Good luck!”

“I wish the communication was better. I was missing some packs of my birth control and didn’t have it for about a week or so and I emailed to get a hold of someone and didn’t hear back for about 6 days or more. Other than that I like the concept. Going to the pharmacy every three weeks to pick up birth control (I skip the placebo week) is annoying so I like the convenience of it. I don’t know why they sent me female condoms, I don’t know anyone on the earth that would actually use those. It would be better if they included a home std kit or something like that. I think that would be much more helpful. Or even a UTI or yeast infection pill. Just a thought because the female condoms will just rot under my bed until I move and eventually just throw them away, so it’s a big waste in my opinion both on the environment and financially from a business standpoint since I never asked for them. I do like they include emergency contraceptive that is a good idea. Please implement an std kit or something!! Thank you.”

“I came to this site because my gyno started to require 3 months visits to give me birth control. She's a great dr but I felt she was holding the pill hostage. Going every 3 months is excessive. So i googled and compared and ended up here. Best service ever! Fast and reliable! I don't have to worry about running out and the meds just come to me. Great follow up so far as well. They make sure you're happy and don't experience side effects etc.”
