“This service is not simple nor easy. It was so hard to get my birthcontrol started with my insurance. They told me I should consult my doctor! Huh? What am I paying them for? Also because my insurance didn't cover the plan B, condoms or female condoms I did not receive them and could not purchase them because I had insurance! Finally after emailing and texting back and forth for days they finally sent me a birth control.”

“Terrible policy! You need to remove how you automatically withdraw funds from someones bank account if they don't respond to a message soon enough. It should be the other way around. I was out of town and had no service when I was sent this message and you overdrew my account then stopped responding to me and would not reimburse me or cancel the order. I let you know that I had anxiety issues to begin with and this made everything so worse. I hated your service and now don't even want to use the birth control I was forced to pay for.”
