“I like the service so far but it has been difficult for me to contact someone about interesting and slightly concerning side effects symptoms I as having in the beginning. Whatever support email I found was not receiving my msgs because my gmail confirmed that they could not send them.
Overall the convenience is great and the process is simple. But contacting the Doc or Support is very important in case there is any issues down the line and I hope I can figure it out soon.
Could recommend if you have a very busy schedule and not enough time to make an appointment with actual doctors in your area.”
