“I like it how you don’t have to leave your house to get birth control or even going to the doctor cause I know some people hate sitting and waiting for the nurse check you and you have to wait again just to see your doctor and then they make note then you have to got to the pharmacy to drop off and then later to pick it back up. For simple health all you do is go on your phone answer some questions then pay and wait from them to deliver them”
“I was able to get medicine, but was forced to change to a new medication (which is fine). When I got my package, it was only the 3 packs of the medicine and not the rest of it (i.e. the emergency contraception).”
“Simple Health is a great tool and the communication is excellent. My only complaint is for those of us who want the prescriptions sent to our local pharmacy. Simple Health refuses to fax a prescription or pick up a phone to call the pharmacy. Instead they make their customers provide a phone number to their pharmacy so they have to call to get the script. I don't know why but it's quite inconvenient. Fix that and it will be a top notch service.”
