“simple health is super easy to get started you just take a short quiz and it personalizes your birth control based on your needs. you can edit, cancel, or anything else you need to do with your prescription at any time. If your worried about it arriving on time they make sure you are full stocked, i have 2-3 packs that i haven’t opened yet so i know ill never miss a pill. I know this sounds like a AD but its really great”
“I couldn’t get the birth control I requested due to being on for five years because apparently simple health knows my body better than I do based off of a few questions. I decided to go to someone else who was able to put me in the pill my body has been used to.”
“Simple Health delivered the service but way too late. Communication with doctors are too drawn out not done in a timely manner. As such, it took a long time for my BC pills to be shipped.
When shipped, Simple Health couldn't give an update or an ETA and so I had to make other arrangements before the start date of my new pack.
Process between communication and receivable of BC was way too long.”
