“Easy to stay on track with taking my oral contraceptive birth control. I never have to wonder when the next month’s prescription is ready to be picked up because it just arrives at my door. The entire process of receiving and taking birth control became so much easier when I started using Simple Health! :)”

“Sign up was easy. Notifications of any complications or questions the doctors had came via text so I could respond quicker. Much better than OptumRx that I was using before (scam of a pharmacy IMO), arrived with TWENTY FOUR female condoms (not sure I'm going to get through all of them, but they were fun to try out) and a plan b equivalent to have on hand. Will definitely be using SimpleHealth again.”

“I was able to get medicine, but was forced to change to a new medication (which is fine). When I got my package, it was only the 3 packs of the medicine and not the rest of it (i.e. the emergency contraception).”

“Awesome app when i dont have time to go doctor office and discuss this options. theres doctor ready to text or communicate with you whenever you need. The pills arrived on time and shipped when you have to worry about getting refills prescription from doctor or going to pharmacy! Thanks for helping to make it easier!! And ofc make sure you get check up with your real doctor to make everything is good with prescription and bloodwork!”

“Simple Health is a great tool and the communication is excellent. My only complaint is for those of us who want the prescriptions sent to our local pharmacy. Simple Health refuses to fax a prescription or pick up a phone to call the pharmacy. Instead they make their customers provide a phone number to their pharmacy so they have to call to get the script. I don't know why but it's quite inconvenient. Fix that and it will be a top notch service.”

“The first few months were great. My insurance doesn't charge for BC so besides the co pay i got the medicine i needed sent directly to my home. However, after a few months they said they no longer accepted my insurance so i was billed. I canceled because my doctor can prescribe me the pills and i just have to pick them up. Even though i no longer use this service i still give it 5 stars because it is so convenient and the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.”

“I love Simple Health, they worked with me to find the perfect birth control! They were more involved with the process than any in person doctor I had seen to get a script for birth control in the past 10 years. They were super helpful and understanding throughout the entire process.”
