“Although a bit overprotective/overreactive, the health counselors truly do have your best interests at heart. Be ye forewarned that if your health situation or needs change, you may hit a bit of a brick wall in getting your prescription adjusted. You might, like me, be told that you can no longer be helped or served through Simple Health. I am back to using my local pharmacy due to a drug interaction with a medication I am no longer taking and haven't been for months. So, I am probably an outlier, but surely others are in this boat with me.”
