“Buying birth control pills online, without going into the doctor's office or a pharmacy is the best! My advice with SimpleHealth is to review your cart carefully before you check out. They will put extra items into your shopping cart, which you may not want. They put $300 female condoms in my cart. I didn't realize it until I got my order. The second time I ordered, I asked them not to do that. Boom...they still put them in. So please be careful when you place an order from this company.”

“Discontinued my service after I got my first pack. My birth control did not arrive when it was supposed to, and when I tried reaching out to support they were not helpful. It took me DMing their Instagram page AND leaving a comment to get their attention. I said my issue on their Instagram page in the comments, which they ended up deleting so other people wouldn’t know their scams. Someone finally replied to my DM at least a week after I sent an email, which ended up making my pack get sent extremely late. I skip my periods usually because I have endo and they are extremely painful, but because of the poor communication I did not have any birth control to skip it and had to get a 10 day painful period. They also charged my insurance for internal condoms and Plan B but never sent me it. Would not recommend, please find another company.”

“I thought you guys were amazing. I found out the hard way. My birth control was never delivered in my mail box like it said it was. Checked my box everyday, around my door. Even called the front office and asked where my package was, they never got one for me. My pills ran out a few days ago, now I’m left with awful cramps and have to wait another week or two before I get my pills?? Ridiculous. Never even received my package and you’re still contacting me asking how it was. The delivery was non existent!”
“I started with one birth control and then next time I got it in the mail, it was a different kind, but then went back to the first kind of birth control the 3rd time i got it in the mail. A little confused on why they changed it just to change it back but oh well. Messed up my period cycle, been spotting forever now”
