“I like the idea and have used other services like it. I wish they accepted my insurance. It would save me some money, but it’s still affordable. I’m not a huge fan of supplying three months at a time. But that’s not the end of the world. I also haven’t been able to figure out how to change my prescription.”

“Easy to set up an account & get a prescription. My only issue was that I couldn't remove the female condoms from my subscription without having to redo my whole subscription. Luckily I was able to email them & they fixed it on their side. I would've just like to do it on my side no problem. But that was my only problem, otherwise a good company with a user friendly website.”

“They never shipped the prescription after my insurance was approved. I reached out to them 3 weeks after I placed my order to find out why it was taking so long. No one responded to me until days later (they do not provide a phone number for customer service) and then after reaching out 3 different times, I finally got a reply and my prescription still didn’t arrived until a week later. All in all, it took more than a month to receive my prescription. I would NOT recommend.”

“This was my first time getting birth control and it was such an overwhelmingly easy and clear process. The providers and agents were accommodative and updated me through every step, like when they were pending to obtain an authorization, or when the package shipped out. It was honestly less nerve wracking than other online services I tried to seek birth control from. It came in discreet packaging and clear instructions and I was really appreciative of that. I highly recommend Simple health to my other girlfriends!”

“This is an amazing service!! I get my 3 month supply of birth control pills at such an affordable price. It auto replenishes just in time so I never have to worry about placing an order and hoping I get it in time. This is an amazing service and I’m so glad I found this service on a YouTube video. You can send a message to a doctor if you have any questions about the pills. I will never go anywhere else.”
